Useful tip to ensure the longevity of the Flexi: If you have been caught in the rain or the leash has gotten wet, pull the tape completely out of the housing, lock the brake and leave it to dry overnight. Never let a wet tape wind into the casing - this will prevent the internal strong spring mechanism from rusting and ensure the leash works smoothly for years!

Use and fixation:
Short-term fixation: Press the larger button with your thumb to stop the leash from running.
Permanent fixation: Press the large button down and push the latch forward with your thumb. To release, pull the latch back.

Important safety information:
Selection by weight: Make sure the dog's weight does not exceed 50 kg. For large dogs, observing the correct weight class is critical!
In the event of a sudden lunge, press the brake button immediately. If the belt runs out with great force and a loud bang, it may damage the internal mechanism.
DO NOT hold the belt directly or wrap it around your hands or body parts - the pull of a large dog can cause serious injuries.
The belt is not suitable as a first belt for puppies or for dogs that pull heavily or have unpredictable behavior.
